When playing co op, i sometimes run into an invisible wall which lets me pass through it but when my friends pass through it they are gone. continuing further after that invisible wall will make me encounter a blue wall with triangles, and returning backwards will not pass me through the invisible one.
only way to get out is by restart,

    the wall is dividing the map so you only have to sync. with a maximum of 2other players. as long as you and your friends invited each other to the same group, you wont get splitted. but keep in mind that dieing can cause you to drop out of the group if you respawn by yourself
