A group and I play Absolver almost religiously. We play any game, bigger games even, and there's no lag. Hop on Absolver and it's laggy as shit. Can you guys please do something...
As far as i know you only use point to point Connection so there are no servers that could be shitty just a netcode and its very inconsistent . sometimes i can play properly with people around the world, sometimes playing with a friend that lives in the same city laggs.
If you're running into issues with your connection, there are some things you can do to help us improve things.
First off, make sure you aren't on wifi. Wifi is notorious for dropping packets for zero reasons and can contribute to lag issues you may be seeing even with the best of wifi networks.
If you run into really bad lag or connection issues when in the Combat Trials, please send us your Steam ID/PSN ID/Galaxy ID and that of your opponent to support_online (at) sloclap (dot) com along with the approximate time you fought them.
We can take this info and dig into our network logs to determine if the issue is one that we can improve on our end or if this was an issue with the combatants involved.
