Can't summon my own weapon

Unable to summon my own weapon even though I have the shards to do so (sword or war gloves). I can use weapons that I find. I'm on PS4.

    - When did it happen the first time?
    - How often do you experience this issue?
    - In which region are you located/playing from?
    - Have you tried to relaunch the game/reboot your PS4?

    I figured it out - not a bug, I thought down button on the d-pad was used to both draw and sheath the weapon (I thought it used to be this way?). Up button allows me to get my weapon. Thanks for prompt response!
