Black screen in 1v1 rematch.

This is happening more and more for me. I ready up, the opponent clicks ready, then straight to black screen. And you are stuck there until someone closes the application. Idk if this happens a lot for other people, but i thought I’d mention it.

  • Thank you for respondin Kaolin, and excuse my late response, but I don’t see why I’d have to email the developers when I’m literally on their website in a section specifically designed to relay known problems and bugs... I would like to add that these black screens are not just limited to me. I have friends who are experiencing the same thing quite frequently. Heck, I’ve even seen it happen to people while they are live streaming. I’m here today in this section because it keeps happening and it seems to be getting more and more frequent. It’s quite annoying. I really hope SloClap is aware and addresses the issue soon.

    Thanks for your reply. We usually ask to email us because we may ask you for some private/confidential information related to your account during the process of more in-depth assistance.

    Also, when you are reporting some issues, it would be nice to include some additional information which may help us to indicate the cause of the issues.
    • Which platform you're using playing the game (Steam/GoG/PS4)?
    • If you are playing on PC does it meet the minimum requirements for the game?
    • When did the issue happen the first time?
    • How often do you experience this issue?
    • In which region are you located/playing from?
    • Have you tried checking file integrity and/or reinstalling the game?

  • Oh okay well that’s understandable. And I will give more information next time when reporting a bug. I’ll answer some of those now though.

    -I’m on Ps4
    -First time it happened was after downfall update.
    -it’s random but it happens just about after 2-4 matches.
    -I’m in North America
    -I have not reinstalled the game since the downfall update.
    -P.S this game is awesome even with some of these minor issues. Thanks for making it.
