Game won't even launch

The game won't launch at all for me. When I press Play in Steam EAC loads up and nothing happens after that. For a few seconds task manager says EAC is running and steam says the game is running until simultaneously task manager stops saying EAC is running and steam stops saying the game is running. I tried verifying the game files, reinstalled EAC twice, and reinstalled the game twice and rebooted my PC numerous times. Still nothing is working.

    Does your PC meet minimum system requirements for Absolver?

    Yes I have 8gb ram, a gtx 970 and an i5 4690k.I'm also running the latest drivers for my graphics card. I was able to play the game at launch.

    For those having a similar problem I had where the game won't launch at all, what worked for me was to uninstall the game and delete the whole Absolver folder in your steam directory. Once installed the game might work for you. Thanks to the support for helping me.
