Lost My gear

Has I see A lot of other people lost there gear, and I am too. I have lost for 25 000 shard of gear, and some equipment like, Rooster Mask, Infinity Reflection Mask , the 2 mask of the scholar and a lot more in the rift key, I hope I can get a compensation or retrieving my lost Item .

Please email us at support_pc (at) sloclap (dot) com with a zipped copy of your save file. This will help us resolve the issue.

    For the time being, please don't purchase any items from the Store or open any Rift Coins/Disks so as not to waste any Fragments you're earning until this is resolved.

    You'll find your Save folder here: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Absolver\Saved\SaveGames

    hello I just saw the news about the compensation and I thank you for thas but to be honest I dont feel this is enough. I have lost 25 000 shard and must important 50 crystal. I was level 40 tier 1 and at the moment of the bug I was level 24 tier 2 ... sooo 45 crystal, all use in in rift key

    If possible I would like this amount to be compensated . I wont have all my gear back but at least I get same value. tell me if this is possibility
