So I just had half of my new dlc items deleted from my character after playing a 1v1. Idk why my items are suddenly missing, but I grinded the new dlc to get them and it feels like I just lost over 8 hours of gameplay. Is there anyway to reattain my gear? Did I press the wrong button or something? I don;t have essence or shards for like a salvage so I know I didn't do that. Thanks again

    Please email us at support_pc (at) sloclap (dot) com with a zipped copy of your save file. It will help us to investigate and resolve this issue.

    For the time being, please don't purchase any items from the Store or open any Rift Coins/Disks so as not to waste any Fragments you're earning until this is resolved.
