All equipment deleted

So I got stuck in a wall in the new DLC on the cave level and I tried to get out of it and nothing worked. Before then I purchased Equipment from the essence shop and while I was stuck in this wall I went into my inventory and the game got rid of all my equipment that i was wearing. Someone please help me out here because that seriously made me really upset and I am loving the new DLC but that just dropped my mood. If theres anything you guys can do can you please let me know.

    Please email us at support_pc (at) sloclap (dot) com with a zipped copy of your save file. This will help us resolve it.

    For the time being, please don't purchase any items from the Store or open any Rift Coins/Disks so as not to waste any Fragments you're earning until this is resolved.
