I lost all the items I just got.

Yesterday I was playing for about 3 hours and got 5 different masks one of which I have been saving up fragments for the past two weeks and their all just gone when I loaded the game up again. All my fragments are gone also the game didn't save anything I took apart for fragments as well. Please fix this because I love this game but stuff like this is super annoying.

    Please email us at support_pc (at) sloclap (dot) com with a zipped copy of your save file. This will help us resolve the issue.

    For the time being, please don't purchase any items from the Store or open any Rift Coins/Disks so as not to waste any Fragments you're earning until this is resolved.
