None of my gears are showing up in my inventory

I went in my inventory to sort my gear and all my treasured masks and clothing aren't showing up. I can't access any of them and the ui goes blank like the screenshot. I had such a cute mask and I want it back!!

    Please email us at support_pc (at) sloclap (dot) com with a zipped copy of your save file. This will help us resolve the issue.

    For the time being, please don't purchase any items from the Store or open any Rift Coins/Disks so as not to waste any Fragments you're earning until this is resolved.
