Invisible Equipment

I've tried restarting the game several times but I can't see any of the equipment that I have equipped. See screenshot in link below. Is it all gone? I see it on me.

    It's a pity your screenshot is not available for viewing. Can you answer some additional questions to clear thing up, please?

    - Which platform you're using playing the game (Steam/GoG/PS4)?
    - If you are playing on PC does it meet the minimum PC requirements for Absolver?
    - When did it happen the first time?
    - How often do you experience this issue?
    - In which region are you located / playing from?
    - Have you tried checking file integrity and/or reinstalling the game?
