Haven't played since laucnh, but all my items are gone

Played about 25 hours at launch and came back to play the update, but all my items from before are gone. My level is still the same, and I'm in the same school, so I don't think my save is gone.

    We are really sorry for the trouble encountered. We are aware of this issue and are working on a fix to be deployed in a patch as soon as possible.
    In the meantime, would you mind sending us a zip file of the full content of this folder : C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Absolver\Saved\SaveGames ?

    This may help troubleshoot the problem.
