Kahlt method exp not going beyond half

So I've been tryng to learb Kahlt method but somehow it got stuck halfway. The "exp meter" shows up but there's no blue in it. Doesn't change.
I tried changing methods, leaving School, joining other school. Restarting. Still nothing. I'm on PS4.

Anyone have an idea of what to do?
