Talem’s Secret Trophy Bug

I’ve scoured near and far (As well as watched a few videos...) but have seemed to collected every cairn in the game. It’s the very last trophy I need before I get the platinum, and I’ve gotten every cairn, but I haven’t gotten the trophy. Super triggered.

    I’m not sure how to provide screenshots about the situation, but I’ll describe it. Talem’s Secret requires you get every Cairn in the game. I’ve done this, and I have not gotten the trophy. As for what time, well I got all the cairns probably in October, but only started searching for them now, only to realize I got them all, so I don’t know the date/time I got the last cairn. I use PS4 and I live In the U.S.A, RI. Sorry I was unable to give you a lot of information.
