You guys gonna fix stagger style?
Stagger style is broke as fuck!!! Everyone uses it and they all have the same 3 move combos. It’s literally unstoppable if they spam. Not only that, but every move as had tier range and can knock you outta any move you’re doing, charged or not. How long has this game been out and you guys haven’t fixed this? Kinda tells the tale of why this game never really took off, and is a free PlayStation plus game. Fix your game and balance the decks.

We're sorry to hear you've run into some bug and apologize for any frustration it may have caused. I will be passing this report along for further review. In the meantime, if there are any other details you can share with us about the bug that would be very helpful.
Thank you so much for your patience & support.
Charged attacks are interrupted if you're hit twice (not once, like you claim; either you've experienced a bug or you're just not paying attention) or if you're hit with a stopping or breaking attack (which are markedly slower than jabs and other quick blows). Ducking attacks only dodge attacks that have the high target property, so mid target attacks will still hit you during your sweep. Every single attack has a listed range, and the reason it can go up to and beyond 2m is that you step forward as you attack; the range is based on the distance between the end of the hitbox and your starting position. Range is a per-move property, so the average range of the styles may vary, but your combat deck isn't restricted to your style, so you can adjust your combos according to your needs.
I'm not gonna try to say the game is perfect, because no game is, but your complaints have very little substance. You're just mad because you lost and don't want to change how you play to fix the problems you're having.
Regarding the hand to hand combat thing, some moves also include footwork, such as leg breaker, which is a long range lunge attack. So if you use that move from a distance, it's going to cover the gap with the footwork. Maybe you just need more patience -- this game requires a lot of it to really see the depth. If you get impatient, you'll eat lots of attacks. On the bright side, you'll never run out of salt.
