Stagger Style - Loading Failed

Seem to be stuck in Groundhog Day when trying unlock Stagger style. Just getting a buffering, then a message saying, "Loading failed." Except on the odd occasion where I'm treated to the Loading failed message straight away without buffering getting my hopes up. Any ideas how I can fix this?

    Getting the same issue, beat the mini boss, get to the guy, and it just bouncing loading failed over and over. Super frustrating..
