Pre-ordered items suddenly disappearing
I pre-ordered the game a year ago then started back playing it when it came out for free this month. When i started playing a few days ago, i still had my pre-ordered content gear on, but when i got on today, i noticed that I've been stripped away of my, "Orate Keeper Tunic (Unique)", and my pre-ordered mask that i was wearing the day before. I looked into my equipment to see if i probably took it off for some reason but its not there.
