Stylish Mechanics that would be fun for me.

Been enjoying this game a lot, with 12 hour sessions for a the past couple days, now that I finally have a save that wont delete (cloud storage). I'm 54 total hours in, and because i've enjoyed my time for this many hours, i felt obligated to recommend on steam. Yeah there's bugs, glitches, and some world and balance things i'd like to see improved, but this post is all about the fashion side to this game.

I am in no way saying any of these things are a must for your game, I don't fully know what SloClap's vision behind this game is, so take these thoughts simply for the value of thought.


-I would be thrilled to see a chance of finisher animations on killing blow in PVM.(doesn't have to be all the time). Things like lifting a guy from his mask and slamming him on the ground if he's low health. This wouldn't work PVP I admit, since it renders the last sliver of HP someone has, but would be a blast in PVM.

-A mechanic for dropping off massive ledges (if you have not recently taken a hit), and landing with a shockwave (knee and fist on ground) would look epic. And would really help immersion. Imagine a new player getting demolished, it's hopeless and the next blow he takes is fatal, but a season player lands with an ariel smash, and saves the new player. That's something someone would remember for the rest of their life.

-Enemies having conditional states would be amazing. Maybe one walks with a limp after a heavy blow, or gets knocked to the ground. Or you throw an enemy's back against a wall to stun, and unleash a barrage of punches. How could this be balanced? Hell if I know. Would be cool though.

-Telekinetic attacks would be dope, but that would really impact the game, so not sure if feasible.

    As an addition to your idea to save players, i'd like a a system that informes nearby players when someone is attacked unwillingly like in the back or mid-fight or when being low on health. To round it up there could be a new skill for multiplayer and pve that allows the user to jump to a player in the same region. May that player could become an essence-ghost or something like that in this time.

    Yeah, helpful for players in a bind, and allows nearby players to show off their skills in a helpful and humble way. I think that idea is great too.
  • I love the idea of executions, like when the opponent has very lil health if you have three shards you could press the X button (ps4)
    To grab the opponent and do an epic animated finisher.
    That truly sounds fun af
