windfall doesn't work
logged on today only to find out no one is slowed down by my avoid. in fact I often get hit because I avoided an attack. I'll dodge their attack only to see that they have already begun a follow up while I am stuck in the avoid animation. Also don't suggest that my timing was off. I know when you're supposed to dodge to get the slow down. I am getting sick of getting punished for being better than my opponent.
