A Way to Report Players Running Exploit In-Game or Through PM

In light of a previous post by SHOKK and because of how many in the community have experienced other players AFK Botting, using a game hack or abusing some sort of exploit I feel that Absolver would greatly benefit from a Report Player system.
In game would be convenient, the time it's reported can be time stamped making easier to check server logs to see what actually happened and it could be simplified to general choice drop down menu such as:
- Player running exploit
> 2ed drop down menu - accused player(s) name & short description of what was happening
- Player using cheat engine
> 2ed drop down menu - accused player(s) name & short description or list of known type of cheats
- Inappropriate Behavior
> 2ed drop down menu - accused player(s) name & short description or list of typical behavior, AFK in CT
Private message would be the easiest at this time and could be set up through the forums. This prevents anyone from being doxxed inadvertently and keeps information need to know.
The way I see it, SloClap has more than a few willing and able body watchdogs players who want to put in the effort to safeguard the game and the community playing it
