Add South American Servers

There's a f*ck ton of south american players requesting this, and I don't stop meeting them in-game, we really need this to happen, because the lag we play with is unbearable, just check out the forums, there's a lot of us, and most of the rest can't request this because they don't speak english, so please, take this request into your thoughts

    Agreed. It also makes NA players experience major lag spikes when running through the world or doing CTs. It's not good for any side of the equator to have no SA servers.
