Low Shadows Flickering
When on low shadows, the game will sometimes (usually after open world session establishment or loading) flicker between fully lit and darkened; based on the direction looked in. As the game tends to drop framerate from 120 to 60 fps often by turning on shadows, I opted to play the game with shadows on low so I could maintain 120fps. This however, makes low shadows really annoying to deal with at times.
You can temporarily solve the issue by going into settings, flipping the "Shadows" setting from low > medium > low, then hitting apply. In short, the game is not resetting the shadows properly in certain situations (player joins area, transitioning between locations, sitting at alters then standing up, etc.).
