If you are just looking for the buttons for changing stances, they are Q for top left, E for top right, Y or Z(depending on which keyboard layout you have) for down left and C for down right. Playing with mouse and keyboard is apparently worse than playing with a controller but the devs are working on improving that and adding things like rebinding keys for stance changes.
Thanks for the help. Since you can't use them outside of combat, and for some reason, i was not noticing them in combat, i thought i didn't have them, but they are there. Yep I got a ways to go, lol. I don't understand why they are not allowing these to be reprogrammed, luckily they are actually in good spots.
