Game-breaking bug related to marked ones

I defeated all 6 marked ones and I still cannot get the gate in Adal tower to open. Whenever I interact with it, it tells me to defeat the marked ones. I even unlocked the achievement for beating them all. Please fix this problem, it's really game-breaking and frustrating.
