I Believe customization could add some interesting things to Fashsolver Such as dyes for armor and possibly masks. (If possible being able to add things like length of cape or armor size or texture) most likely this will be too difficult to add to the game so I honestly do not blame you guys if you do not want to try to allow players to change the model of the armor.
being able to add a unique feeling to your character is important in a game like Absolver and as such I believe adding more customization would add a wonderful element to the game where every opponent looks different and you can remember your foes by not only name but by there appearance as well.

They have already planned on dyes I believe and upgrading the loot system even further. The recent patch was more like the foundation for the rest of the house to speak. They want to add more there and honestly colorful adds to the current gear would be amazing in terms of allowing each player to be their own Character. But ill be honest this last patch has already added so much to the gear everyone is using. It finally feels like I am not fighting the same four armor styles anymore.
