Enemy spawns

Is anyone else having problems with enemies spawning? I run around and can't find any enemies to fight, then I turn a corner and there's a group of 4 or 5 of them and I get swarmed.

Yea it's pretty odd. Seems like the adds take a bit to load, but the specials are always there

Man.. I wsih the specials were always there. I haven't seen the marked one in the Oratian Quarter for three days now. He's the last mask I need.
