I preordered the game and started playing it the second it came out on PC. I spent 10 hours playing, got to level 37, beat the game, master both windwall and stagger style, build my own custom deck that I loved and just generally had a great time. There were some bugs thats for sure, I fell through the ground sometimes, and invisible enemies killed me as well, on top of that the servers were eternally down so I couldnt play with my friends, not to mention the unnecessary region lock. But I could forgive all of that, but when I went to play the game today, when I started the game up my character was just deleted, gone, for no reason, honestly I do not want to go through all of that again, its unbelievable, it would take forever to even get the combat deck back to what I wanted again, trying to learn everything over again.

Has this happened to anyone else, is there a way to fix it or am I just screwed?

    Just a quick required question, Have you tried / can you try using the load game to switch characters? Maybe someone else was on your account and they made a new character or something weird happened.

    No , the load game is not available, also im 25 and this is my computer that absolutely no one else uses. The only thing available is the New Game option.
