[PS4] Invisible/Disappearing sword

During CT I picked up an opponents sword and it disappeared from view. I couldn't drop it, and it there wasn't any hit detection from my sword moves. If it matters, I think the sword was Jinn Mesca's (whatever the name for that is), and the location was the boss room for Cargal and Kilnor.

    I fought NPCs with invisible sword 2 or 3 times too.
