Bug when loading new zone

Whenever I go to other maps (or other players load in) there is some strange bug like camera freeze while the character can still move around or the game creates a copy of my character that standing in 1 place blocking my way.
Not sure if this is the game bug or due to online lag, I'm in Canada and playing on PC btw.

    I got the same problem if you play in online mode.
    So i´am forced to play the whole time in offline mode
