Lost Character

Just recently lost my character. I was in a combat trial when my computer locked up and wouldn't respond so I had to restart it. After launching absolver again my only option was to create a new character.
Is there anyway to restore even some of the items or moves that I had?

    Please send us a copy of your save folder to support_pc@sloclap.com and a description of what was happening in-game just before the crash so that we can look into it! Again, we truly apologize for this issue, and any frustration it may have caused.

    Thanks for responding and helping. I just really enjoy playing the game and cant wait to get back to it!

    the same thing has just happened to me today as well on PS4, my entire game crashed out of the blue and i lost a day's worth of progress, and my saves say they were recent but i was level 60 and the saves say i'm only 53
