Realism of colliding objects

When hit and stunned, the head, upper torso, mid torso, lower torso, upper arms, lower arms, upper legs, and lower legs each has its own momentum and moves according real time simulated physics. Physics simulation cut in only when stunned/reeling, once out of stun, cut back to the usual fighting pose. Not necessary to have it all the time and hog the CPU.
