2nd monitor display ?

Heya guys.
I have 2 monitors on my PC, but the game stubbornly launch on the monitor 1, which is my secondary one. On other games, I have no trouble to launch them on the main screen (monitor n°2). Is there a command line or a config file to change in order to force the game to run on my 2nd monitor ?

    Here you go if your still wondering: -WinX=0 -WinY=0 (right click the game your having issue with go to properties, then click set launch options and past [-WinX=0 -WinY=0] ) works with almost any game on steam and I tested it with absolver.
