There anyway you people can give support I was at level 60 with 1,454 hr n 36 min. I’m unable to load game to play I need some feed back from some kind of management. Please n thanks

    Had the same problem. I had to start the game from scratch again. I was full blown emerald once upon a time. Now I'm back to bronze.
