Schools Won't Load (Xbox One)

I haven't been able to load anything related to Schools, and I'm unsure if this never worked or if it stopped working before I found out what schools did.

Any time I try to join the Stagger School or access the Leaderboards it says "Loading Failed: Can't connect to server" almost immediately. The option to view schools on other players is also greyed out, though I can still see they are in a school.

My GT is the same as my username

    Okay, weirdly enough the issue seems to have disappeared. I don't know if it will return, but I was able to join a school.

    This had been a problem for several days and now it's just gone. I don't know if something was done to fix it or what.

    I haven't had the capacity to stack anything identified with Schools, and I'm uncertain if this never worked or in the event that it quit working before I discovered what schools did.

    Whenever I endeavor to join the Stagger School or access the Leaderboards it says "Stacking Failed: Can't associate with server" very quickly. The choice to see schools on different players is additionally turned gray out, however I can in any case observe they are in a school.
