Cant play online on xbox

When I continue my game it says I’ve connected to the online servers, but when I load up at the altar it then says I’m offline and can’t use social or do combat trials. This has been going on for 2 days now. :( Any suggestions? Is it just me having this issue or maybe other people?

    Hi MrOmny, i have this problem right now and it is very very annoying, but the only thing i can recommend is to
    1. Hard reset your Xbox (Hold power button for 10 seconds)
    2. Contact support_online@sloclap.com
    3. just stop playing Absolver all together (which is stupid why did i make that a option)
