The game won't let me change my resolution

My monitor is of a strange size so i have to run it at 1920 x 1080 but have to change the screen bounds to make it fit. Because of this the game won' let me change the in game resolution.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the game. The first thing we always suggest in such cases to make sure you're on the latest version of your graphics card drivers.

    Have you also tried any of the following:
    - Switching to windowed/fullscreen modes?
    - Resetting graphics setting in the game/drivers?
    - Checking file integrity?
    - Reinstalling the game?

    Which graphics card do you have and what is the native resolution of your monitor?

    Are you using a nvidia, amd or intel graphics adapter? Right click on the desktop and either open nvidia control panel, intel graphics control panel, or amd catalyst control center and try setting it from there.
