Adalian Forest Pack items not received

I bought the Adalian Forest Pack on PS4 and did not receive and of the said items. I have tried searching for the items on new and existing characters, but found nothing.

    The 1.26 PS4 Update fixed the issue. All of the items from the pack showed up. Thank you.
