Guide Witness Mask changes Dye

Hi, just got the Guide Witness Mask and dyed it to match my outfit, but everytime I enter a combat trial or load up the game, the dye keeps getting set to white, not even its original color. This wouldn't be a big deal but it costs a lot of fragments to dye a mask (at least for me, I'm new to the game). Does anyone else have this issue, if so have you found a solution?

    Can you answer some additional questions to clear thing up, please?

    - Which platform you're using playing the game (Steam/GoG/PS4)?
    - If you play on PC does your PC specifications meet the minimum requirements for the game on your PC?
    - Have you updated your graphics card driver to the last ones?
    - When did it happen the first time?
    - How often do you experience this issue?
    - In which region are you located / playing from?
    - Have you tried checking file integrity and/or reinstalling the game?

    Hi thanks for replying back!
    -I play on PC
    -I do indeed meet all the minimum requirements
    -It happened after I got the mask after receiving all my school's rewards. I dyed it and exited out of the game, when I came back it had changed colors
    -This happens every time I dye the mask and load up the game
    -I play in the NA region
    -I have checked the file integrity and it didn't fix the issue

    I also had this problem.

    I'm on PS4, playing in EU. I was using the Guide Witness Mask too, but I had equipped the copy from my school to participate in the school challenges. I know a couple a few other people in my school had the same problem. The school's ID is #5QE if that is helpful.

    The mask was dyed black, and every time I dyed it a different colour it would revert back to black after every CT.

    The problem was consistent, but I have stopped using the mask and have also left that school so it may have been fixed since.
