How do you start Downfall Story

so i wanna start the new expansion, but i cant seem to figure out how to start it. Do i have to make a whole new character, am i able to continue from my character, what do i have to do to trigger it? I cant seem to find anything online on how to start, so i thought id turn to the forums. can anyone help me?

    It's the third option in Combat Trials, and you need to complete something before it unlocks. Sadly I don't recall what that was.

    You need to become an Absolver to unlock the Downfall game mode.
