Lost all my stuff upon login

Hey, soo... I only just bought the game yesterday, so I guess it's not that big a deal as for some of the players who's spend a lot more time on it, but upon logging into my account this morning I had lost all of my equipment in the game, amongst other things a mythical mask. I've tried googling the issue, and apparently I'm not the only one who's experienced it in the last 24 hours, and the thing is... I just don't know what to do about it. Can anyone help? :(

    BTW I just forgot to mention; It's still visibly there, but I have NOTHING in my inventory from yesterday.

    Please email us at support_pc (at) sloclap (dot) com with a zipped copy of your save file. It will help us to investigate and resolve this issue.

    For the time being, please don't purchase any items from the Store or open any Rift Coins/Disks so as not to waste any Fragments you're earning until this is resolved.
