current inventory revert to inventory saved before downfall update

every item i get after downfall update all lost and my inventory,equipped,dyed,repaired item revert to inventory that saved before downfall update everytime i quit the game but this not affect to character level progression and moveset progression

please fix this. there is no fun when you got thing and it all disappear when you want to play again

    I have the same problem, I grinded for hours on Silan and then now I lost her mask a bunch of other things I've gotten, this is extremely frustrating and killed my mood to play, please fix this ):

    Please email us at support_pc (at) sloclap (dot) com with a zipped copy of your save file. This will help us resolve it.

    For the time being, please don't purchase any items from the Store or open any Rift Coins/Disks so as not to waste any Fragments you're earning until this is resolved.
