Character seems to have lost items he had?

I recently beat the woman that makes you an absolver and I logged back in again and I have lost the sword I got from the fight, the powers I had equipped were different as if from an earlier time, and the mask I have is the same but in the equipment menu it looks like one I used to have. Any way I can get these items back?

    same here every item i get after downfall update all lost and my inventory,equipped item revert to inventory that saved before downfall update everytime i quit the game but this not affect to character level progression and moveset progression

    Please email us at support_pc (at) sloclap (dot) com with a zipped copy of your save file. This will help us resolve the issue.

    For the time being, please don't purchase any items from the Store or open any Rift Coins/Disks so as not to waste any Fragments you're earning until this is resolved.
