Game not saving session data, losing items *Game breaking

so me and my friend, and clearly several other people have been hit with this game ruining bug that just removes the items gained during a session, but honestly it seems that instead of removing items the game just isnt correctly registering save data, and isnt saving items to your character, tested multiple times relaunching the game, it reverted back to the previous items. if you use fragments and crystals the currency is still lost, along with the item if the bug has hit your character. Must say its pretty unincentivizing doing the new cool content when theres a random chance that your progress is lost after several hours, which happened to me, lost a hue chunk of cool fashion i spent hours farming on, and after logging off the character after playing for 6+ hours, i lost all the new stuff, making me scared to even attempt refarming because theres a chance i will lose the items again. in short, please fix this fast its already ruining my friends first playthrough and if pssible , please atleast restore by black prospector pats and some li noble boots, Thank you

Oh and btw it also resets dye changes which is just great lol.
After the reset it even bugs out the equipment, until I equip new stuff.
It looks like the game is syncing fragment changes, gleam level changes, school stuff, deck changes, and learning new moves - but every time I go into equipment everything reverts to how it was three or four days ago. New items and powers that I bought will disappear and any dyeing I did will go back to how it was.
Ever since Downfall, pretty much every time I quit the game a crash report will pop up. Not sure if that helps at all.
