Dlc items not showing up

I bought the Adalian Forest dlc and didn't get any of the items... please help

    I own various accounts, I bought absolver with an american account and the Adalian Forest dlc with the italian account I use to play the game and got nothing, so I'm wondering how to solve this.
    Please help

    Hello _6or6on6_,

    If you have bought Adalian Forest DLC for the account on which you don't have Absolver game, that is the issue; you should have the base game Absolver on that account for which you are buying DLC to play the game with DLC content.
