PS4 UAE/middle east servers not available.

i bought the game last august 31, since then i have been stuck at the connecting to server screen, i tried disconnecting to the internet and launching the game to play offline mode, but when i tried to connect online still the same problem, they said that they will fix the server issue last September 8, but still i can't log in to the game, even after the latest update which is patch 1.06. Anyone can help me with my problem?

True, i am having this issue too, i am in a middle eastern country, i dont know when they are going to fix this
