I am sorry to start a new subject on this matter, since this trouble appears to be settled for six months now, but I am experiencing this most disagreable problem. I am at a loss as to what I have to do so I can play again...

    If you are experiencing issues with false triggering of the anticheat system, please follow the steps described in this EAC support page: https://www.easy.ac/en-us/support/absolver/guides/logs/

    If you could please send us the results from this troubleshooting at support_pc@sloclap.com, the logs could help us find the source of the issue. Please also include your username and the time & date the issue occurred. We’d really appreciate this and will reply back as soon as we're able.
