[Ps4] server bug/lag?

So everytime im playing online on ps4 and im fighting npc's while someone enters the area the enemys will be ported back to their spawnig place and have full life again while i still only have the life i had after the fight. That wouldnt be so problamatic if it would only happen sometimes but it feels like it happens all the time when im playing online. I already tried quiting the game and reinstalling it but it didnt get better. It also cant be my internet connection because al my other games run smothly. I hope somebody can help me here.
