Why is there no matchmaking

this is why this community will die.. when you put new players against people who have been here forever and have a high win loss rate.. people say when you play better people you get better but that is impossible because they gold chain spam till you die not even giving you a shot to fight back..

Our devs are constantly at work on improving various gameplay mechanics, including matchmaking, and feedback from our players is especially useful in diagnosing any potential issues that are being experienced.

    Could you please answer the following questions so that we can pass this information along to our developers for investigation?

    - Was the main issue the players being unevenly matched? If not please specify. (Server issues, lag, unevenly matched players, something else, etc?)
    - How long did you have to wait in queue before being put into a match? (Was it instantly or did it take a few minutes?)
    - In which region are you located / playing from?

    just being outclassed in everyway.. as a new player like BRAND new if you queue in for pvp you could fight someone who is still a low level or you can fight someone who has gold prestige.. the problem is that people queing in for a match isnt sorted by wins loss or prestige. and because most of the community has been here since beta the chances of matching up with someone close to your skill level is nil and void. Futhermore, this needs to be account wide.. making a new character should not reset your Matchmaking score

    New players shouldn't be taking part in CT, complete the PvE first, get good, build up your deck. CT PvP is supposed to be after you reach level 60.
