Is Windfalls 4-directional dodge too difficult?
I have tried multiple times to play windfall and always stopped after a few games because I got beaten by every opponent with rarely more than 1 round going for me. I know that windfall is supposed to be the most difficult class but the difference in difficulty between windfall and any other class is much greater than the difference between the other 3 classes.
Having to react with one of 4 options seems too hard for a game as fast as absolver, I heard a lot of good windfall players dont even bother with dodging low/high unless they are absolutely certain that one of them comes next. In a lot of cases I dont even know which way I am supposed to dodge, for example when the enemy uses a horizontal attack at medium height. On top of that the window for the stamina draining effect seems to be the smallest out of all classes, so I dont only need to get the right direction but also the right timing and everything in the blink of an eye, which is often too much for me.
I dont think I am the only one who thinks that way since I see even less windfall players than stagger players.
I think windfall would be better off with 3 or even just 2 directions to choose from but that is just my opinion as someone who barely touched this class. What do you guys think about windfall the way it is now?

I do focus primarily on left right dodges, as they have a better payout on average.
However, some mindful attention to the movesets of my opponents, and I start using duck and jump dodges.
Its more difficult to get the ducks and jumps timed correctly, but more rewarding when successful.
I like Windfall as it is.

that's what dodging is all about though. I think maybe dodging is just not your personal play style. I've started and only played with windfall so far, and I like it a lot. sure a lot of time I dodge right in their moves or dodge when I want to block, and so on. The trick really about figuring out the enemy's combos so you can anticipate the proper dodge. like if he always starts with a ****** low leg sweep, you'll know to use the upper dodge and then land a quick double or triple combo.
And then you find his weakness, like if doing 2 quick attacks plus a left dodge and a bit attack always lands because he tries to do a long winded counter attack, or whatever scenario you may encounter.

windfall is broken in a bad way right now..
