absolver all save data lost

I am one of many who have lost their saves and characters due to crashes and i cant find a fix. Can i do any thing to fix this or should i wait till the problem is resolved? And would any of us get our old saves back?

    We are sorry to hear about that. Unfortunately, saves that have been corrupted are not recoverable. We are working on fixing the crashes that resulted in corrupted saves.

    Could you please send an email to support_pc@sloclap.com (for PC) or support_ps4@sloclap.com (for PS4) with a brief description of what was happening in-game when your save became corrupted/lost?

    We appreciate all the details you can send us as it will help us in further investigation and finding a solution. Thank you!

    I feel you man lost a maxed out character that had mastered all fighting styles. Now i have to do it all over again

    sorry man i know the feels im probably not going to play this game for a while tho until they have 100% fixed the problem
